Please help us to keep the bureaucratic effort as low as possible. For donations of less than €300.00, the account statement is sufficient as proof for the tax office. You will also automatically receive a donation receipt for payments via PayPal. We are registered there as a non-profit organization. An additional request is not necessary in these cases.

  • Is data security guaranteed?

    You can either send your donation directly via PayPal or transfer your donation to the bank account mentioned above. Your data is transmitted from this website using a recognized SSL key. This SSL key prevents unauthorized persons from viewing your data. Normally you can recognize the encryption via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in the address line of your browser as https://.

  • Where does my donation go?

    Every euro counts! 

    Organizationally, UAR supports itself through voluntary work. The donations flow directly into the organization of the supply flights. As a project of a non-profit organization, we are obliged to report to the tax office.

  • Is my donation tax deductible?

    Up to 300 euros are recognized by the tax office without a donation receipt and are tax deductible. 


    Your bank statement and a simplified proof of donation for the tax office are sufficient as proof.

  • Where can I get a donation receipt for transfers?

    We will be happy to issue you with a donation receipt from 300.01 euros. 

    Simply use our form "Request donation receipt!". 

    In the case of smaller donations, it is sufficient to print out the account statement with the simplified proof of donation for the tax office.

  • Does UAR also accept donations in kind? Dress? Toys?

    We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept donations in kind for organizational reasons. 

    But there are many charitable institutions in Germany, such as the Blau Gelbes kreuz e.V., which are very grateful for donations in kind.
